Organization details and social media profiles
Who is behind your website, told to search engines and AI assistants. One screen, two sections, and two separate Save buttons. Each section saves only itself.
| Where | Manage → Settings → Organization details |
|---|---|
| Takes effect | After you publish (how) |
Everything on this screen is public. Only fill in an email address and phone number you want strangers to use.
1. Organization details
| Field | What to fill in |
|---|---|
| Name | Your business name. Leave it empty and your website's name is used |
| Short description | One or two sentences about what you do, up to 300 characters |
| Logo | Pick a file from your media library: your logo on a plain background |
| Email address | The address customers can write to |
| Phone number | With the country code, e.g. +31 30 123 4567 |
2. Social media profiles
Fields for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok and Reddit. Each takes the full link to your page there, starting with https://. Leave the ones you don't use empty.
Profiles elsewhere takes any other links, one per line: Pinterest, GitHub, a listing in a trade directory.
A field that isn't a full link is dropped when you save. The easiest way to get it right: open your profile in the browser and copy the address from the address bar.
Where it shows up
- Search engines. Your homepage carries these details in a form search engines read, called structured data. Google can use it to connect your logo and your profiles to your business. Every blog article names your organization as its publisher.
- AI assistants.
/llms.txton your own domain starts with your website's name, the description, and the email address and phone number. Leave the description empty and your homepage's meta description is used instead. See Meta title, description and share image.
None of it appears on your pages themselves.

Google decides for itself when to show it, and only after it has visited your homepage again. Check that you've published and that you're looking at your own domain: the free address is never indexed.
