What if I already have a domain name?

You can connect your own domain name to your ClickWhale website or transfer it to ClickWhale. Without transfer you might miss out on a free domain (one .com, .eu, .be or .nl is included in your subscription). The monthly fee remains the same regardless of using your one free domain name or not. Additional domains can be purchased via ClickWhale.

When can I cancel my subscription?

When upgrading to a paid plan you pay for 1 year. After that you can cancel monthly. Consider keeping your domain name as it may come available for other people. You can also transfer your domain name to a third party at any time.

Do I need to provide payment details for the free plan?

No you don't need to provide any payment details to start with ClickWhale.
